Our programs are comprised of a series of challenges and activities, combined with classroom type learning, engaged in sequential manner. Some activities are performed individually, others in partnerships of two, while still others are done with the entire group.
In the process, we see that most of us distort our abilities, either overestimating or underestimating what we are capable of achieving.
